Spacious duplex apartment featured tasteful decoration and a well-equipped kitchen. The large bedroom included a comfortable bed, while the living area offered plenty of space and a relaxing balcony. Located near Botanique, the neighborhood was quiet and safe with easy access to trams and markets within minutes’ walk. A lovely bathtub complemented the modern bathroom fixtures.
