The location was great and close to train and metro stops with proximity to Grand Place and central station. The staff were friendly, helpful, and courteous while the room was clean with blackout curtains and an amazing bathroom. The hotel had a lift, luggage storage, allowed ordering Uber Eats, and breakfast had boiled eggs, coffee, good bread, juice, and fruit.
