Located next to Brussels Midi station, the hotel offered very clean and comfortable rooms with modern bathrooms. Breakfast was very good and included a variety of options. The staff spoke English well and were friendly, ensuring smooth communication. Several restaurants nearby stayed open late, adding convenience for guests. A kettle and tea-making facilities were provided in the room, which is not always common in Belgian hotels.
